際 — Contact · the unformed thought
Half an idea is enough to start. Tell it badly — giving it edges is our job.
No list, no newsletter — it carries your address into the brief below. Prefer plain email? hello@kiwastudio.com
(01) — The premise
Nobody hands us a finished brief. They hand us a hunch, a complaint, a competitor they can't stop looking at. That is the right place to start: 際 is the edge where one thing becomes another, and a half-formed thought is already standing on it.
(02) — The crossing
Our approach
We don't ask you to arrive with the answer. We take the mess — the hunch, the constraint, the thing you can't articulate yet — and turn it into a scope you can read in a minute and price in a line. Nothing is built until that page exists.
(03) — The brief
This brief composes an email in your own mail app, which needs JavaScript. Write straight to hello@kiwastudio.com — tell us what you're stuck in, roughly where the budget sits and when it needs to be live.

A reply from the person who read it — not a ticket number. Either a straight answer, or the two or three questions we'd need settled before either of us could give one.
One page: scope, timeline, price. If the thought you sent turns out to be the wrong problem, we'll say so and tell you what we think the right one is — that conversation costs nothing.
We'll say that too, quickly, and point you somewhere better. A studio this small only works if the crossings we take are the ones we're right for.
The form is a kindness to you, not a requirement. A paragraph in your own words works exactly as well.
