What can be automated?
Anything a person does the same way more than a few times a week: reading documents, moving data between systems, building reports, sending routine messages. Where a step needs judgement, we automate everything around it and leave the decision with a person.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. We automate the tools you already use — your email, accounts package, CRM and spreadsheets. Where no good tool exists for the job, we build a small internal app for it.
What happens when something goes wrong?
Every run is logged. When an automation meets something it doesn't expect — an invoice that doesn't match, a missing field — it stops and hands the case to a person with everything they need to decide.
